Default Some Game Questions that im dying to find out!!!

Well....just yesterday..i was thinking about technology and games and well....several questions came to my mind......

*What's the First ever computer game to come out?
*What's the First ever Online game to be released?
*What's the First ever MMORPG to be released?

Thats about it....if anybody knows the answers to these questions....PLEEEASE.....tell me...

Btw...i tried using google and wikipedia....and i found nothing..lol

PS:Thread Title should be "Answers to Some Game Questions that im dying to find out"

Whoa cool...didnt know MUDs existed at all....thats some good info Mercury..thanks....Hmm...i might have to agree with Jiao Yang....i think its Pong by Atari....not sure though....

no pong wasn't the first COMPUTER game, per say, it was just the first console game. i remember my grandpa gave it to me as a chrismas gift when i was a little kid....man that was a long time ago..

If you're talking about graphical MMO's, then it's more than likely Ultima Online. EQ, though, was the one that put the genre on the map.

This isn't what your asking but I find it neat. Castle Wolfenstien was the first FPS ever (pretty sure)

I remember playing Hammurabi on a TS-80 with a cassett tape drive in 1980.

Typing stuff in DOS was fun, not much of a game, but fun nonetheless.
